The Department is established within the macro-area of Sciences and Technologies, scientific-disciplinary area 03 (Chemical Sciences), scientific disciplinary sectors CHIM / 01 ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY, CHIM / 02 PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY, CHEM / 03 GENERAL AND INORGANIC CHEMISTRY and CHIM / 06 ORGANIC CHEMISTRY.
The Department promotes and coordinates the scientific research and activities of its members and is responsible for the Bachelor's, Master's and PhD courses.
