Autumn School in Food Chemistry in an annual School for PhD and young researcher that reached its V edition in 2026. 
It lasts three days (starts on Wednesday afternoon and ends on Friday late morning – total 16 hours). It is generally held in late Sptember – early October in the modality of lectures (invited external speakers) and oral or short communications (open to young speakers from UniPV and other universities). 
Each year, lectures and communications are dedicated to different research topic and case studies in the food chemistry-food technology-nutrition field.
