Preparation and application of sorbent materials for extraction, pre-concentration and cleanup in complex matrices; development and validation of analytical methods for trace determination of organic contaminants and pharmacologically active compounds in environmental, food and biological matrices. Different extraction techniques (UAE (Ultrasounds assisted Extraction; MAE (Microwaves assisted extraction and SPE /dSPE (solid phase extraction and dispersive solid phase extraction) are applied, and quantitative determinations are achieved by chromatographic instrumental analysis (HPLC-UV, HPLC-FD, HPLC-MS, GC-MS)
